The successful delivery of complex projects within the allocated schedule and budget requires a rigorous system of project management. A complex project creates interacting risk areas including technical, political, reputational and financial risks. For a multi-year project, the large number of stakeholders and shifting requirements can introduce large dislocations to the project delivery process if it is not managed well.

Our people have experience managing some of the most complex projects including setting up desalination plants and managing troop transport helicopter acquisition. We bring our systems thinking framework into project management.

We provide expertise from project planning through to budgeting and control, and choosing the appropriate tools such as PRINCE 2 and Earned Value Management System to bring about the best outcome.
