Nova Systems announced as Australian Authorised Training partner for Adelard ASCE
Aug 30, 2017
Nova Systems is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to become an authorised trainer of Adelard’s Assurance and Safety Case Editor (ASCE) tool and reseller in the Australasian Regions that are already being served by our system safety and assurance consulting services.
Geoplex Products Pty Ltd (a business entity within the Nova Group) will transact sales in this function (as they do with other benchmark industry modelling tools) while Nova Systems will provide all training and implementation support services.
Nova Systems, system safety and assurance consultants foremost priority is to assist clients in taming complexity in solving the problems that really matter. In safety and assurance case programs, this is achieved through planning, modelling and managing in a pragmatic and compliant manner. Building and maintaining this assurance capability, drives Nova to research, recognise and adopt ‘best of breed’ tools that help us and our clients in the common and often competing challenge areas of complexity and rigour. Nova can then provide consultancy services to select, tailor, implement and effectively establish tool-use integrated with client business systems.
As one of those tools – ASCE provides a variety of assurance modelling techniques (eg. notations such as GSN, CAE, or Bow-Tie and more) for development and ongoing management of Safety, Capability and Security assurance cases, operational safety management and regulatory compliance information. ASCE is ‘tried and tested’ in safety critical industries, and respected by regulators internationally. Providing clear and robust communication via common format and tailorable template outputs, or interfaces with common systems engineering tools and easy access traceability to assurance evidence. ASCE allows simplified control and tracking of critical documentation underpinning structured argument approaches. https://www.adelard.com/asce/choosing-asce/index.html provides a full description of features and benefits.
