As part of the UK Ministry of Defence sale of the Typhoon and Hawk aircraft to the Qatari Air Force, the RAF operates the joint Hawk-Typhoon training programme to train Qatari Air Force personnel in the operation of these aircraft.
The company’s strong Programmes Office Support team has produced governance and reporting to ensure this programme is delivering on time and meeting its primary benefits. Nova Systems Project Managers were also deployed into the delivery organisations to ensure that capability milestones were successfully achieved.
Nova Systems has been critical in providing tangible improvements with three separate assurance inspections demonstrating continual improvement in the Qatari Air Programmes.
