Nova Systems is a silver sponsor of the 2019 Systems Engineering Test and Evaluation (SETE) Conference!
In 2019, the conference will focus on Systems Science and Engineering for a better Australia, combining a professionally stimulating technical program with exhibits and presentations by sponsors and tool vendors. The conference will take place at the QT Hotel from Monday 29 April to Wednesday 1 May, in Canberra.

As a sponsor for the Test & Evaluation (T&E) program on Tuesday 30 April, Bill Bunton, Capability Lead – T&E will be sharing Nova Systems’ extensive T&E experience and knowledge via a panel discussion on the benefits of a robust Australian T&E capability to support and deliver systems assurance in a complex, systems of systems environment in 2020 and beyond. Mr Bunton will also present on SETE and Vocational Training.
Sponsoring the Systems Thinking, Modelling and Simulation program on Wednesday 1 May, Nova Systems’ Brad Spencer will be presenting the academic paper ‘Plying the Art of the Possible’, a Soldier Combat System Model Based Engineering Case Study. Authored by Meredith Hue, Jaya Sudarpa and Brad Spencer, the paper showcases the value-proposition of a model-based System of Systems methodology as applied within a Digital Engineering Environment through leveraging world best practice.
Ray Hentzschel, Senior Systems Engineer will be presenting ‘A Case for Standardising Systems Engineering Certification’, sharing the work being undertaken by the international standards committee ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 working group to define a standard for certification of System Engineering professionals.
Cyber Security Consultant, Justin Parker will also be conducting a tutorial on Cyber Security Fundamentals.

SETE 2019 is an annual conference organised by the System Engineering Society of Australia (SESA) and the Southern Cross Chapter of the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA).
